SEAT AND SEAT BACK SPARE PARTS

The seat and back of the seat are made of plywood sheet, A’ quality, class E1. The thickness of the plywood of the seat and back is 8mm (± 5%). The outer surfaces of the leaf are made of beech wood veneer or okume. The intermediate ones are made of poplar (or okume or formazer or limba or nyangon) alternating with beech or okume and against the grain of the wood between them. The bonding of all veneers is done with a special glue (e.g. phenolic or melamine). For the seat base, in the front part, a curvature of about 30mm is provided An anatomical ‛‛curve” with curvature is provided for the back, the recess of which will be approximately 30mm. The forms of the seat and back described above ensure excellent anatomy and comfort of the seat.
